What is misuse?
Misuse is anything any member finds offensive, illegal, or that they feel may adversely affect another members enjoyment of the sites facilities or anything they deem to be in breach of our Terms and Conditions.

When should I report misuse?
If you feel the offender has over stepped the mark ‘deliberately and blatently’. Sometimes we all say and do things we regret and we would hope in these circumstances that it can be viewed upon as just that without the need for us to police the situation officially.

What happens when I report misuse?
When we receive a complaint of any kind we take it very seriously and the complaint or allegation will be investigated thoroughly and fairly. Phwoar.com has the right to eject members from the site that it feels are bringing the site into disrepute and affecting its other members but all attempts will be made to avoid this and settle the matter amicably.
